1. Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?

No, an account is optional, but your name, address, email is required for any purchase. Creating an account however is highly encouraged since its easier to make as purchase and track orders with an account. No need to re-enter full details for each purchases after the first one.

2. I have found an issue or bug regarding an mobile application used by one of your products. Can you fix this?

We are not owners of any mobile application associated with any of our products. We only have rights from the applications’ respective developers to incorporate then with our products. Nevertheless feel free to contact us regarding any concerns with the application so we relay the issue to our partner developers.
